The Harvia 20 SL offers exceptional convenience, allowing bathers to feed wood into the sauna from another room. The opening direction of the sauna stove door can be changed for ease of use. The Harvia 20 SL is perfect for daily use in small and medium-sized saunas from 283 to 706 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).

Warranty
The warranty on a sauna or sauna product manufactured by Harvia covers defects caused by the manufacturer for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. The warranty does not apply if the customer has not notified the seller or the manufacturer of the defect within 30 days of discovering it, or if the defect is not caused by the manufacturer.
Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: To cancel a standard order at no cost, please contact us before your order ships. You can reach our customer service team during business hours at 1-844-670-4946, use the chat feature on our website, or email us at support@komowa.com.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Auroom Sauna kits requiring are non-returnable
- Return Process: To return an item, email customer service at support@komowa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided with the RMA.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Final Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Products that are custom or built to order cannot be cancelled or refunded. These items are produced specifically to your specifications. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order is custom or built to order.
Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon delivery, take pictures, and report any damages to us within 24 hours. You may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
Backordered Items
- Backordered items are subject to a 3% fee if cancelled, as we are charged a fee by our payment processor. All lead times are estimates and subject to change.
