Coverage: Komowa offers a 1-year limited warranty on the Iseo 1 Person Infrared Sauna, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered:
- Electrical components, including the heating system, control panel, and wiring.
- Structural components, including wood panels and assembly hardware.
- Accessories included with the sauna, such as backrests and handles.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or maintenance performed by anyone other than a Komowa authorized service provider.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and fading.
- Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fires, floods, and other acts of nature.
Warranty Service:
- To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase is required. Customers must contact Komowa Customer Service to file a claim and receive instructions for repair or replacement.
- Repairs or replacements will be carried out by Komowa authorized technicians only.
- If a particular component of the sauna is defective and under warranty, Komowa reserves the right to repair the defective part or replace it with a new or refurbished part.
Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation site.
- Komowa shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising from breach of the warranty or any implied warranty.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.

Should you wish to exchange a product, you'll be responsible for covering all related shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
Only Defective Products Eligible for 100% return/exchange. Otherwise, due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping costs. If you are opting for a product replacement, we may be able to assist with some of the associated costs depending on the specific product size and weight.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged due to issues with the delivery service, you are entitled to either a full refund or an exchange for an undamaged item at no additional cost to you.
